The term whitening is used to name the different techniques used to treat tooth pigmentation. Its goal is not to obtain a white color, rather a whiter shade by means of the application of different chemical agents on the surface or the interior of the teeth.

Depending on the origin and the causes of the change in the coloring of  your teeth it is possible by using specific techniques of great effectiveness  and totally painless for the patient.

They are instruments made in dental laboratories whose mission is to supply lost dental pieces. These can be fixed or removable.

Fixed: the patient can’t remove it from their mouth, it doesn’t represent any inconvenience to the patient. These can be fixed over the natural teeth or over one or more implants.

Removable: the design of the device allows the patient to remove it from their mouth whenever they want. It’s easy to make, but it doesn’t always allow to obtain the best aesthetic results as from a fixed prosthetic.

It is usually placed in pieces with big reconstructions, fragile teeth after a root canal. They are made from different materials, of metal covered by porcelain to give it more resistance, of the color of the patient's tooth and the most aesthetics, metal free.

It’s a titanium screw that substitutes the root of an absent tooth. After a while, the implant integrates with the bone and converts into a safe anchorage for a substitute dental piece, a pillar of a fixed bridge or a removable dental prosthesis.

The implant is made with a  biocompatible material(titanium). Nonetheless, there is a remote possibility that it may not integrate with the bone. If this occurs, the implant is replaced with another one. In expert hands today the percentage of success is over 95%, leading us to say that this technique is safe and successful.
